As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work with excellent internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize active listening and probing question skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Qualifications and Requirements

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

To work from home, you will need:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
• An in-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
• A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications
