  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in every interaction
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to add value to the customer experience
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Requirements for Success:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies
  • Experience with sales and upselling, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
