Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will also be communicating directly with clients through our project management system, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting our CEO with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely resolution of queries
  • Perform tasks and coordinate the tasks of others, including graphic design, report preparation, and SEO blog proofreading and editing
  • Assist our CEO with various administrative tasks, including admin work and other duties as required
  • Work independently and autonomously, with the ability to self-direct and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals and objectives, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex

Essential Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous experience in managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or previous experience in video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and edit content effectively
