What to Expect:

As a Remote Order/Data Entry Rep, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
• Striving to continually improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
• Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Reviewing and verifying orders to ensure accuracy and resolving any unclear issues with customers
• Managing orders throughout the entire order cycle and ensuring compliance with regulations

What We Require:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
• Computer experience, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
• Must reside in the Colorado Springs area

• 2 years of experience in a customer interaction role
• Associate's Degree preferred
