The Role

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while also collaborating with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in driving growth, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Estimated Salary and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
