Key Responsibilities:
As a Chat Operator, your primary goal will be to engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your objectives will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's innovative solutions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Location:
You must reside within the state of Kansas (KS) to be eligible for this position.
Technical Requirements:
+ Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse + Ensure your computer meets the following specifications: - Minimum 8 GB of RAM - 64-bit Operating System - 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent)
Work Environment:
+ Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
Availability:
+ Attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
Typing Speed:
+ Type at least 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is preferred)
Gaming Experience:
+ While not mandatory, gaming experience is preferred, as it can be beneficial in developing your problem-solving and multitasking skills
Salary and Benefits:
