We're seeking a talented and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Document customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to track trends and improve processes
  • Adapt to changing situations and priorities to ensure seamless customer support

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business)

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and processes quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the entertainment or streaming industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, English, French)
  • Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
