Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting members with inquiries related to account management, billing, and technical issues, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Engaging with arenaflex members in real-time through live chat to address their questions and concerns.
