Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assisting customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Offering guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Required Skills:
