Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering a positive experience to our customers through various channels, including telephone and email. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and empathy while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
- Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks, consistently reviewing educational materials
- Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to customers
- Lead phases of preparation to sales teams on promotions and special offers
- Lead post-purchase reviews with customers
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- May be required to work in a contact center channel
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent perception skills
- When training is complete, Quality Scores should meet the minimum standards of 95% or above
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- A superb Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with contact center software and systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
