About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work from Home Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. What You'll Do

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a positive and memorable experience with every interaction
• Communicate a variety of information to customers, ensuring they receive accurate and timely support
• Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries, providing solutions that meet their needs
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and features
• Work effectively in a work-at-home setting, managing your time and priorities to meet performance expectations

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability
• Reliable internet speed and broadband connection, with a secure area in the home to work from
• The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting, managing your time and priorities to meet performance expectations
• The understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in Las Vegas, NV
