Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Platform (AP) team, where you will play a key role in designing and executing our AI strategy to take our engineer experience stage to the next level. As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and apply advanced algorithms to large-scale data to drive innovation and speed up application development.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute AI strategy to drive innovation and speed up application development
- Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and other data scientists to deliver and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Apply advanced algorithms to large-scale data to drive business insights and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and data products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our engineer experience stage
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on ML and AI
- Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with distributed storage systems, such as S3, Flash, and Vector Database
- Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) algorithms, including deep learning, measurements, and large language models
- Experience with model selection, training, and hyperparameter tuning
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems
- Experience with data quality and integrity, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Experience with AI methods in software development, including code review and testing
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure
