Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions about our energy services.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that customer transactions are accurate and efficient.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, working closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; we're looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
