Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Accurately and efficiently entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
  • Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and doctors, to provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
  • Basic web search skills, including using a web browser, searching online, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment

  • State certification or enrollment as a pharmacy technician
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
