The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, building relationships, and selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. You'll work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others

  • Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow organic accounts and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and communicate with team members to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Participate in daily communication tasks and contribute to the growth of the team

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation and benefits package includes:

  • Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
  • No limit on commissions
