Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing initiatives, including the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance with our brand's marketing and advertising standards.
• Reviewing and approving marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the marketing landscape, and providing recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and training as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this part-time remote opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
