Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing an effortless experience for our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. You'll work with customers via inbound telephone calls, addressing their insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns. Your success is crucial to us, and you'll receive ongoing coaching and development to support your growth within arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience

  • Take ownership of ensuring exceptional service to each caller, utilizing every touch point to build value and the arenaflex brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing empathetic and effective support
  • Learn and master arenaflex's insurance products and processes during training
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, maintaining a dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus
