About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier support to our passengers. Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • A reliable computer, internet connection, and a dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service or member service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Previous banking or credit union experience, with knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience, with a strong understanding of financial systems and software
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
