Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, driving repeat business, and influencing sales growth through effective negotiation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry in a timely and professional manner.
- Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales) while ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Influence arenaflex's gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain parameters, to maximize revenue and growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty by relating to their needs and preferences.
- Order items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers, while minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Expedite backorders, pull inventory, and prepare orders for shipment to customers as needed.
- Handle customer returns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; zero to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet.
- Product knowledge is preferred but not required.
