What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences to our players and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in our brand.
• Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events.
• Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products.

What is Required (Qualifications):
