Key Responsibilities
As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our cargo customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that cargo shipments are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track cargo shipments and customer interactions
- Providing training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety toe footwear, defensive headwear (hard hat or bump cap), and high visibility safety attire subject to a supported environment, like substitute PPE
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role:
- Past experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations
- Strong writing and computer skills
