Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account creation using ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Claims online portal registration
  • Processing claims online portal tickets
  • Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of Account Creation experience

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience
  • Healthcare Experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Detail Oriented
  • High school diploma

Nice to Have Qualifications:

* ServiceNow / CyberArk experience

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry and regulations

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15-$23
