Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of our initiatives. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, drive business outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in conducting data-driven research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of our initiatives
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and non-technical audiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization)
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
