Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the streaming media and entertainment industry. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions related to streaming services, devices, and content. If you're passionate about movies, TV shows, and animated stories, and have a knack for building rapport with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions related to streaming services, devices, and content

  • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new releases, and emerging technologies to provide informed and expert support

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience, with a focus on problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
