What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to their satisfaction
• Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
• Developing rapport with customers and offering solutions, not excuses
• Engaging and tailoring interactions with each customer to make their experience exceptional

We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• Excellent customer service attitude and a commitment to making every interaction exceptional
• The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience unique and memorable
• A friendly, confident, and self-starting personality that shines through in every interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike
• A positive and quick troubleshooter who can resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• The ability to work from home in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
