About the Role: Customer Relationship Specialist

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inbound telephone calls regarding their policies, insurance questions, inquiries, or concerns. Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

Technical Requirements:

To work remotely, you will need:

• High-speed broadband internet service (minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100 Mbps)
• Internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway, hardwired to the arenaflex-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
• A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, during work and training hours
