Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
  • Accurately document call content in real-time, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and up-to-date
  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their unique needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role, providing a solid foundation for your success.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Be a New York State resident, with a strong understanding of the local community and its needs
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
