Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing them with the support and guidance they need to navigate their healthcare journey. This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work while making a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options

• Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
