Key Responsibilities

  • Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and executives to understand their requirements and suggest the right arenaflex products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate relevant product features, benefits, and components of arenaflex's services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a high-volume, organized customer care environment
  • Document essential record data according to established policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a private industry or similar setting
