Job Summary
As a Remote Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our cargo customers, both over the phone and in person. You will be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, and your interactions with customers will be critical in building trust and loyalty. You will work closely with our cargo team to ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and effectively, and that customers receive the information they need to stay informed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to cargo customers over the phone and in person
- Process shipments and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the cargo team to ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a fair and transparent manner
- Work closely with the cargo team to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, logistics)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
