As a Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our website, providing them with accurate and timely assistance. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • No prior experience necessary; full training provided
  • Friendly and helpful attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
  • Strong adherence to provided instructions

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
