Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results and create a positive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday. Positions start at $16.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period + Quarterly Bonus and Commissions on product sales.
