• * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• * Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• * Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.
• * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• * Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• * Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies.
• * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout all stages of the data lifecycle.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Market Researcher with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear and engaging manner.
• * Experience with market research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
• * Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and market research roles.
• * Demonstrated experience in designing and executing market research projects and data analysis initiatives.
• * Previous experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is preferred.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs and deadlines.

• * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
