Overview

Elite financial planning doesn't scale. The best advisors in the world can serve ~50-100 households. We're fixing that by turning financial logic into code. We're not looking for a CFP to manage a traditional book of business. We're looking for a product architect for AI agents that deliver 99th %ile financial planning to millions of Americans at Frame. You'll still build plans. You'll still work with real clients. But your real job is sitting with engineers, breaking down the messy logic in your head — ISO exercises, AMT crossover points, QSBS stacking, Roth conversions — into decision trees that actually work. When we're done, the financial planning advice we'll provide won't just be static advice delivered once a quarter. It will execute, perform, and action personalized advice to each customer in a way that is simply not possible with legacy financial planning. Why now? The CFP profession is getting completely reshaped by AI. Not in 10 years. This year. You can either be the person who defines how AI delivers fiduciary advice, or you can spend the next decade adapting to rules someone else wrote. We're building at Frame (inside CoinTracker, $100M raised, partners include Coinbase, TurboTax, H&R Block) to serve the millions of Americans stuck in the gap: too wealthy for roboadvisors, not wealthy enough for $500K minimums and 1% AUM fees. Frame is an independent product incubated within the same parent company as CoinTracker, with the autonomy of an early-stage startup and the backing of a proven industry-leading crypto tax and accounting platform. • 250 customers with NPS 70+
• AI agent independently handles 80% of user queries without human intervention
• AI agent delivers zero critical hallucinations (inaccurate planning advice)

What you'll actually do → Build financial plans for real customers. Complex cash flow, tax, equity, and life-decision scenarios. The same depth you'd expect from a $10K engagement. → Translate planning judgment into systems. Break plans into explicit assumptions, constraints, and rules. Convert nuanced advice into structured decision trees that engineers can codify. Define where flexibility is allowed vs. where guardrails are required. → Pressure-test AI outputs. Identify edge cases. Flag false confidence or hidden risk. Improve explainability and trust in recommendations. → Continuously refine frameworks as new user patterns emerge, as tax law changes, as the product evolves from 0→1. High trust. Minimal process. We work async through Notion, Slack, and Google Meet. We ship fast and talk to customers daily. Compensation $138K – $190K base + meaningful equity in a venture-backed company at the ground floor. This isn't designed to compete with traditional wealth management compensation.
