Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Virtual E-commerce Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead to oversee and enhance our clients digital performance. This remote role is ideal for an experienced digital marketing professional with strong expertise in driving online sales growth through conversion optimization strategies, data-driven decision-making, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing user experience, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end conversion rate optimization strategies for e-commerce websites.

Analyze customer journeys, user behavior, and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience (UX) audits to improve site usability and conversion efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO initiatives.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other PPC channels) for better conversion outcomes.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4, etc.) to measure results and create actionable insights.

Oversee landing page optimization, SEO performance, and content testing to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Monitor KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce marketing, CRO, or digital performance management.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO.

Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, customer psychology, and sales funnel optimization.

Hands-on experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM automation software.
