Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive growth and excellence in our medical device sales. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and showcasing proven success developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities

As a sales leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Direct the region's sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Lead/manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directs the sales performance in specified region
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactively managing performance
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization in order to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and executives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to produce exceptional results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar role at a medical device company
  • Strong understanding of the clinical and regulatory aspects of the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to develop and implement training programs for sales teams
