To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:
- Experience working in a claims coordination or insurance industry
- Proficiency in claims management systems or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
