Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our clients' products and services. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including answering questions about products and services, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' products and services, as well as their evolving features and benefits.
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills and qualities, including:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* Gaming experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. You must also be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
