Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also performing a variety of data entry tasks to help us maintain accurate and up-to-date records. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Perform data entry tasks, including preparing information for entry, entering data into our computer systems, and reviewing and confirming data for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, applications, and other relevant data
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including keypunching, verification, and corrections
  • Operate data entry devices, such as computers and scanners, to perform a range of tasks
  • Train new employees on our computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely data entry and file management, including daily audits and data entry adjustments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Reliable internet connection and computer or laptop required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
