As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program and providing customers with a seamless experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service, sales, and teamwork. If you have:- Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
