About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to provide top-tier service to our customers during night and weekend shifts. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, answering emails, and providing live chat and phone support. If you have excellent customer-focused experience, are a fantastic multi-tasker, and exude confidence when talking through tough problems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering emails, talking with clients via live chat and phone support
  • Helping arenaflex clients set up their online shops, get their designs on our products, or obtain startup goods for their office
  • Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their arenaflex Store and their E-Commerce platform

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent customer-focused experience and a proven track record of providing top-tier service
  • Strong active listening, speaking, and service orientation skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
  • Persuasion and active learning skills to understand the implications of new information for current and future problem-solving
  • Monitoring and social perceptiveness skills to be aware of others' reactions and understand why they react as they do
  • Time management skills to manage your own time and the time of others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, tech support, or a related field
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online store setup
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software and systems
