Job Overview

We're looking for a passionate and proactive problem solver to engage with arenaflex members, helping them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. As a Contract Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, delivering amazing service via phone, chat, and email. You'll become an expert on our product, operations, and the needs of our members, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, providing education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits, as well as find the right healthcare provider for their needs
  • Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them
  • Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
  • Retain detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of arenaflex's solution and services

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need a passion for helping people solve their problems, combined with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. You should have experience working in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating your ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
