The Role
As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and audit our pricing analytics & operations team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process/system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular audits of operations teams and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
- Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive process improvements and system integration
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and system enhancements
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

- Certification in process improvement (e.g., Certified Six Sigma Black Belt)
