Main Duties

As a Customer Support L1 Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling user feedback professionally and empathetically, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience
  • Collaborating with other teams and colleagues to resolve issues and provide seamless support
  • Turning potentially negative customer interactions into opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Providing accurate and compassionate responses to user inquiries, ensuring that every user feels heard and valued
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including our mobile app and in-app wellness assistant, Avo

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Experience with Email and Chat channels, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluency in written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle routine tasks under stress and remain organized, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Tech-savviness, with experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Experience with mobile products is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to work shifts (2/2 day, mid or night rotation), with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, and resourcefulness
  • Fluency in written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle routine tasks under stress and remain organized, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Tech-savviness, with experience in Email and Chat channels
