Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts, providing clear and concise answers to customer inquiries

  • Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate matters to the appropriate contact when necessary
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers, promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer-facing role is essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset

  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
