Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our Inbound Enactments team, you will report to the Merchant Services Manager and work closely with the team to drive excellence in customer support, process improvements, and team performance. Although this is a remote position, we anticipate that the role will become hybrid, with some time spent in-office, once our offices resume normal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Mentor colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
• Demonstrate creativity and a commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutions
• A client-driven approach, with a proven track record of working effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and apply insights to drive business outcomes
