Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients' customers on their websites or social media accounts. You'll work independently, using your exceptional communication and writing skills to respond to customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Offer sales links and discounts to customers
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
