- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
What you'll need for success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting, as required by the company and security regulations
Preferred qualifications
* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of Sabre or other travel service systems
- Previous experience working in a high-speed environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
