Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time Disney Customer Service Representatives. As a Disney Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, providing friendly and accurate customer support via phone, email, or live chat. You'll need to be adept at handling customer queries, troubleshooting and resolving complaints or issues effectively, and ensuring that each interaction reflects Disney's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a part-time Disney Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to assist customer decision-making
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively
- Documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records accordingly

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
