Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, responding to client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems using a variety of software applications

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
